Hey Team,
We're into the penultimate month of the year, and Thrive is full steam ahead as we wrap up an intense block of training, gear up for the festive season, and introduce some new ways to support your progress.
Here's what's happening this November 👇
📈 FINAL WEEKS OF THIS TRAINING BLOCK
November marks the end of our current training block, and for those of you who’ve been putting in the work (we see you 👀), this is your chance to test your progress.
We'll be running A-week and B-week testing, focusing on key lifts.
Expect:
- Heavier lifts
- Technical refinement
- A clear picture of how far you've come
After testing, we’ll dial things back slightly with variations of familiar movements.
This will help your nervous system recover, reduce overall load, and create space to develop new skills that support functional strength and movement.
Basically—deload with purpose, not just rest!
🥳 THRIVE CHRISTMAS PARTY – FRIDAY 21ST NOVEMBER
It’s nearly Christmas 🎄 party time!
We’ll be hosting the Thrive Christmas Party on Friday 21st November at Starling, with:

So, make sure you’re on your best behaviour over the next couple of weeks… you never know what you might be up for 😉 🎟️

This month we’re rolling out Momentum Meetings—20 to 30 minute 1:1 check-ins with Matt or myself to:
✅ Reflect on the past month
✅ Review your progress
✅ Troubleshoot barriers
✅ Set clear work-ons moving forward
You’ll get a reminder email each month with a booking link to our diary.
You can also access our availability and book a momentum meeting via your GymOS app > My FitFile > Consultations at any point.
These sessions are completely optional, but we strongly recommend you take advantage—they’re your time to ask questions, refine your focus, and stay accountable.
Matt and I will be gently nudging you to book in… so beat us to it 😅
