Welcome to your 6 Week Foundation Programme — we’re really looking forward to being part of your journey. Before your first session, there are just a few simple steps to complete so everything is set up and ready for you.

Very shortly, you’ll receive a welcome email from us. The email includes all the same information and links from this page, so you can easily come back to it whenever you need to. 

Download and log in to the app, using your email address () and the password you created when you set up your profile.

2) Log in and complete your PAR-Q form and onboarding questionnaires

3) Arrive for your Induction session to familiarise yourself with what to expect over the next 6 weeks.
